Product: Swiss Luger Model 1906/1924 Waffenfabrik Bern, 7.65mm

The Luger was originally patented in 1898 by German Georg J. Luger and was manufactured by Deutsche Waffen- und Munitionsfabriken (WFM) in 1900. The Swiss army was the first military to evaluate and adopt the 7.65mm Luger in 1900, four years before any branch of the German military adopted the design. All of our Swiss 06/24 Lugers were manufactured by Waffenfabrik Bern in Switzerland on license from DWM. The variations of russet colors within the wood grips, the golden coloring of various parts of the Luger against the dark bluing of the main body of the pistol make the Swiss 06/24 Luger an aesthetically pleasing collector's piece. Luger pistols are also well known for their accuracy and reliability. All except one of these Swiss Lugers have all wooden pommels (located at bottom of magazine) and all of our Lugers boast all matching serial numbers.

Very Good Condition: Very good to excellent bore, minimum of 90% bluing, wood grips very good to excellent.

Excellent Condition: Excellent bore, 97% to 100% bluing, wood grips very good to excellent.
