While it is unusual for the new firearms that we sell to need a repair, Colorado Gun Sales will repair any new product that we sell, specifically the M10 semi-automatic rifle and any SIG 550 rifle under warranty.

We do not provide repairs on any curio & relic or antique weapons.

For warranty repairs, please call Customer Care at 303.317.3638 x 2.  Be prepared to provide the following information via scanned email or fax:

• Your contact information including full name, address, phone, and email;
• A copy of your Driver’s License, or other State-authorized identification;
• The original purchase receipt;
• An itemized list of what needs to be repaired.

Please Note: Warranty of all products is null and void if the firearm has been misused or damaged by accident or otherwise, fired with hand loaded, reloaded or improper ammunition, fired with an obstruction in the barrel or damaged through failure to provide reasonable or necessary maintenance or if repair or any alteration has been performed by anyone other than a gunsmith or armor employed by Colorado Gun Sales.  Warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear of any parts.
